Modern learners want to interact, reflect, decide, respond. 
They want to be in the experience—not pushed through it. 

Fix it with branching, dialogue, decisions, and dynamic feedback. 
Let them feel it. Not just click it. 

It Ignores Emotion (Which Means It Gets Forgotten) 

We say it all the time: 
Emotion drives memory. 

But most eLearning plays it so safe, it’s sterile. No spark. No tone. No story. 
So it slides right off the brain. 

Fix it with characters, conflict, story arcs, a little humour, and a lot of empathy. 
Make learners care. They’ll remember more.

Training that worked in 2019 doesn’t work today. 
Learners, tech, culture—it all moves fast.

  • Using modular content that’s easy to update 
  • Tracking real learner feedback 
  • Iterating constantly
