FREQUENTLY ANSWERED QUESTIONS
Questions on Your Mind?
Let’s Clear Them Up.
Q1. What are the next steps to getting started?
Once you’ve filled in the details or got in touch with us, we will circle back with some information. We shall then schedule time with you for a free consultation call. The purpose of this call is to know each other well and to see if we are a good match for the project. These calls are usually about 30-45 minutes. Following up to our call, we’ll provide you with an estimate for your project and take it further from there.
Q2. How long will it take you to complete my project?
There are a couple of factors that will affect the project timeline. Mostly, your response time and what the project is covering. A typical brand experience project takes about 6 weeks to complete.
If there are additional marketing pieces involved or the project scope increases during the project execution phase, the timeline will be longer.
A typical brand and website project would generally take about 10–14 weeks, while a mobile application project will take 20–24 weeks depending on the scope of the content and development needed.
Q3. Do you have payment plans?
Yes! For most projects, you will be invoiced a 50% deposit to kick things off, and the final 50% will be due before we wrap up and deliver the final files.
Q4. What if I need more branding?
All good! When we hop on a consultation call, we’ll go over exactly what’s needed during your project. Branding is always our starting point, but often clients need some additional support like website design, marketing pieces, packaging, etc.
After our call, we send over an estimate for everything we can cover together. If anything comes up during the project as an add-on (or something we hadn’t initially thought about including), we can always adjust the scope and timeline as needed.
Q5. Can you design just a logo for me?
We know it’s tempting to think that a brand is “just a logo” and nothing more. However, the entire foundation of Qquench is based on research and functionality of an entire brand experience.
This means that we do a lot of research and brainstorming around brand strategy, market needs, and target audience so that we can deliver a full brand experience that will help you reach your perfect clients or customers more effectively.
Q6. Do you have business hours?e the next steps to getting started?
We do like to keep a structured schedule so that we are respecting our client’s time and also carving out time for ourselves.
We work a standard workweek, and you can expect to reach us from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 57:00 PM IST.
If you’ve emailed during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, you can expect a response during the next business day.
Q7. How soon can we start my project?
This depends on a few different things. After submitting an inquiry, we’ll go over a timeline together and determine how soon we can start your project.
If you’re requesting your project and have a particular deadline or time frame, please include that in the details of your message! We can almost always accommodate (though rushed projects will have a rush fee added to the estimate).
Q8. What do you need from me during the process?
Projects are more of a partnership. We will be creating the final deliverables and helping you solve your problems creatively. But we will need some input from you throughout the project.
At the start of each project, we’ll have an initial consultation to go over the details. Here we’ll explain exactly what we’ll need from you depending on the project scope. Please expect to have things like content for websites or branding material ready to go (or a plan in place to have us manage this from the beginning).
That means ALL copy (the text of your project), ALL imagery, or any other piece of material you wish to include. If you aren’t ready with your materials yet, the deadlines will be delayed, and we will postpone your project.
We’ll also need your prompt feedback and responses during the process. In order to stay on track, we’ll need any approvals and refinements to be completed as quickly as possible in order to stick to our timeline.
Failure to provide the content or feedback by the agreed-upon deadlines could result in rescheduling the project or added rescheduling fees.
Q9. Can you design just a marketing piece for me?
Our approach at Qquench is to create a comprehensive brand experience. While we specialize in holistic branding solutions, we understand that some clients may require standalone marketing materials.
We can design individual marketing pieces; however, we recommend ensuring that these pieces align with your overall brand strategy for consistency and effectiveness.
Q10. I’m not ready for a huge scope; can we start small?
Absolutely! We understand that not every client is ready to dive into a large-scale project.
We can start with smaller projects that focus on specific aspects of your brand or marketing needs.
This approach allows you to gradually build and expand your brand presence at a comfortable pace.
Q11. Do you offer post-launch support and maintenance?
Yes, we offer post-launch support and maintenance services to ensure your brand assets, website, or applications continue to perform smoothly. We offer monthly maintenance plans, one-time updates, or on-demand troubleshooting based on your requirements.
Q12. Do you offer standalone services like just development or just automation?
Yes! If you only need help with web development, automation workflows, analytics dashboards, or content migration — we’ve got you. You don’t need to opt into a full branding or design package to work with us.
Q13. Will I own the final files and intellectual property?
Yes. Upon final payment, all deliverables and source files are yours. You get full ownership rights unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Q14. Can you work alongside our internal team or agency?
Definitely. We frequently collaborate with in-house design, tech, or marketing teams. We can act as your creative arm, offer niche expertise, or just support specific deliverables when needed.
Q15. What industries do you typically work with?
We’ve worked across diverse industries including healthcare, education, fashion, logistics, SaaS, and sustainability. But we don’t limit ourselves — our design thinking is human-centered and applies across sectors.
Q16. How are revisions handled?
You get two free rounds of revisions with each project. We prefer consolidated feedback (ideally from all stakeholders at once). Additional revisions are billable and always communicated before work begins.
