Project Overview
In 2016, the phase-out of Adobe Flash prompted a major shift across the eLearning industry. Qquench took on the complex task of converting the complete eLearning portfolio for a leading global retail organization with over 300,000 employees worldwide. The goal was to migrate from Flash to Articulate Storyline while ensuring seamless compatibility with the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone.
Multiple agencies competed for the project, submitting Proofs of Concept (POC). Qquench secured the engagement by delivering a POC that aligned perfectly with the client’s expectations—demonstrating our technical expertise and commitment to quality.
Beyond migration, we focused on elevating interactivity, preserving training consistency, and delivering a frictionless learning experience for the organization’s vast international workforce.
