Depending on the category, engagements are structured as either a fixed project fee or a percentage-based revenue share, most common for white-label and referral partnerships.
Exact terms are discussed and agreed during onboarding, specific to the type of work and the nature of the engagement. Nothing is one-size-fits-all, and nothing is locked in before you’ve seen it.

No. The partner network is open globally. We are specifically looking for onsite and regional trainers based outside India to expand our in-person delivery capability in cities and countries we don’t currently cover.
4+ years of relevant experience in your category — whether that is subject matter expertise, instructional design, training delivery, or agency-side client work.
Most white-label and referral partnerships are structured as a percentage-based revenue share. Exact terms are discussed and agreed individually during onboarding, based on the nature and scale of the engagement.
Yes. This is one of our most common partnership types. You maintain the client relationship; we handle delivery. Terms are discussed during onboarding.
No. You are free to take on other work and other clients. This is a network for project-based collaboration, not an exclusive employment or vendor contract.
