Project Overview
When a major international airline needed to urgently redesign their frontline staff training, we were brought on board as a design partner through a sub-contracted engagement.
The client’s previous vendor failed to meet expectations, and with time running out, we stepped in to elevate the entire eLearning experience across 7–8 modules.
These modules focused on essential service behaviours such as airport protocols, emergency handling, cleanliness, customer engagement, and workplace conduct.
Our designs were later developed into HTML by a third-party vendor and went on to become part of an award-winning training program.

Objective
& Scope
The objective was to revamp and modernise the airline’s existing eLearning modules used for training airport staff. Our role was to redesign the visual experience across 7–8 content-rich modules, each focused on real-life scenarios faced by frontline workers.
The scope included creating high-impact layouts, ensuring consistency across varied topics, aligning the visuals with real airport operations, and delivering developer-ready assets that could be easily converted into HTML by the third-party team.
